Baljit Singh Sandhu kept on switching hideouts

MOHALI   :   World Wide Immigration Consultancy Services   (WWICS) chairman Lieutenant Colonel Baljit Singh Sandhu (retd) has told police that he stayed in Kolkata, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh over the past 51 days of being on the run. Police wanted to grill Sandhu since Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) employee Abhishek Guleria (28) was found dead at his resort called Forest Hill Golf and Country Club. Sandhu surrendered on May 16, after which he was arrested and charged under Section 304-A (causing death by negligence) and 201 (disappearance of evidence) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Mohali senior superintendent of police (SSP) Kuldeep Singh Chahal said: “We will file the charge sheet within a week.
